Health, nutrition and fitness have played a significant role in my Williams' life for many years. He began playing football at a young age and finished up my college career at a West Virginia Wesleyan College, a division II institute with a conference championship. After getting to college Bill knew from day one that he wanted too and needed too be in the fitness field. Football taught him the benefits of weight training, cardiovascular health and nutrition in order for his body to perform at 110% at all times. He has participated in and coached drills of all age levels and sports throughout the years.

Bill tells people that fitness isn't something that happens overnight; it is a lifestyle change, a change that through hard work and dedication everyone can achieve. He feels fortunate that he is able to help someone achieve his or her goal, whether it be losing 10-15 lbs or lowering blood pressure through exercise. Health should be of number one concern to everyone, but often gets over looked because of some underlying factor. Bill has vast amounts of knowledge when it comes to training someone to be an elite athlete, as well as, training the general population. He has the ability to utilize his knowledge and develop a specialized program for any individual who is willing to take the first step in the journey of fitness.

Bill is a certified personal trainer through the International Sports Science Association (ISSA) and National Strength Professional Association (NSPA). Will is also a high school assistant football coach in the surrounding area. Plato once said "Let us build up physical fitness for the sake of the soul". Put yourself first and make fitness a life long endeavor today!
